We will ensure our costumers receive fish in good condition , if the fish is dead when unboxing , we will take full responsibility and make a 1 to 1 compensation to our customers. So please take a video when opening the package .

It would be 2-5 business days to arrange shipment depending on the size of fish and the area that you want it to be sent too . Once the fish is sent out, the fish will be arrive to our customers within 2-3 days . Any delay will be noticed in advance.

Arowanas should be fed floating pellets or sticks designed for surface-feeding, carnivorous fish, as well as live, frozen, or freeze-dried fish, insects, krill, worms, and shrimp .

Maintaining a healthy aquarium involves regular water testing, proper filtration, adequate water changes, and monitoring fish behavior and health.

Due to arowana's skittish nature, they need plenty of space without sudden movements or bright lights. Tolerant to changing conditions, you should aim to maintain your water temperature around 24°C- 28°C ( 75 - 82 degrees) with pH levels of 6.5. - 7.5.
