SHIPPING POLICY
It would be 2-5 business days to arrange shipment depending on the size of fish and the area that you want it to be sent too . Once the fish is sent out, the fish will be arrive to our customers within 2-3 days . Any delay will be noticed in advance.
RETURN , REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Once you receive the fish please make sure you record a Box opening video without pausing or editing the video , We will ensure our costumers receive fish in good condition , if the fish is dead when unboxing , we will take full responsibility and make a 1 to 1 compensation to our customers , but the shipping charge will be deducted . So please take a video when opening the package .
NOTE: If you have done an online payment and you are canceling the order, the payment gateway charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return ) will be deducted from your refund amount.
